Yes, Wild Camping is permitted in the Scottish Highlands, HOWEVER, this does not apply to vehicles, please keep reading to find out more. But not to worry we’ve got you covered.

We completely understand that our guests want an off-grid experience so we are happy to recommend epic campsites for you to enjoy an off-grid experience.

If you would like to enjoy a true Wild Camping experience please ask as about our extra add-on, “Wild Camping” kit which will allow you to go hiking in the hills for an overnight camp.

Scottish Outdoor Access Code

Access rights do not extend to any motorised activities. Scottish access rights include things like walking, cycling, swimming and watching wildlife and whilst doing these you must follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
