Documents For Driver Approval
Two drivers are included in every hire as long as they can provide the required documents as per below. Once we have received and verified your documents we will let you know if you’ve been approved as a driver.

UK & EU Licence Holders
- Driving license
- 2x Proof of address (Please note that these must be dated within the last 90 days and MUST match the address on your driving license).
- DVLA check code: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence please email us the code and/or your DVLA report.
Non - UK & EU Licence Holders
EU licence holders under 70 years of age, living in the UK for longer than 12 months, who meet all the criteria mentioned below will be covered as standard.
If you have an EU driving license and have been living in the UK for less than 12 months but can supply two proofs off address as described below, plus your passport you are covered as standard.
Any other drivers license holders outside any of the above will need to be referred to our insurers for approval which may take an additional 3-5 working days to process so please ensure you bring this to our attention so that we can begin processing your documents ASAP.
