Your epic adventure with G.O.Y.A. Adventures begins very soon! Before you arrive, if you haven’t already, please send through the following items so we can validate our insurance and prepare your hire agreement.

PLEASE NOTE each driver must submit a completed form no later than 7 days before your adventure starts – we shall not be liable if document ineligibility prevents you from driving – the sooner was have your docs, the sooner we can address any issues.

Please ensure you have ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ready before starting this form. You will not be able to complete it otherwise.
